Strategic Initiatives Project Coordinator, Integration Management Office

Lead with Purpose. Partner with Project Coordinator will support the Integration Management Office (IMO) by owning project coordination reporting and administrative functions that help integrations stay organized and on track. This role will allow Integration Managers to focus on leading firm integrations and driving outcomes while the coordinator manages recurring processes follow-up activities and project Youll Do:Project Coordination:Schedule and coordinate integration meetings working sessions and governance agendas meeting materials and meeting action items decisions risks and project plans trackers and supporting & Communications:Prepare weekly and bi-weekly status reports for partner firms and internal and consolidate updates from functional integration dashboards and reporting with preparation of executive updates status decks and & Follow-Up:Monitor open tasks milestones and deadlines across active up on overdue items and help ensure commitments are unresolved issues risks or dependencies to Integration governance processes by maintaining issues risks and decision recurring integration activities such as:Press release and announcement readinessIntegration kickoff logisticsSteering committee preparationDeal L10 action item trackingDocumentation and SharePoint maintenanceLessons learned and continuous improvement trackingSmartsheet maintenance and reportingWhat You Bring:13 years of project coordination project management operations or administrative support organizational and time management attention to detail and written and verbal communication in Microsoft Office with Smartsheet Teams SharePoint or similar collaboration tools and timely status follow-up and closure of action -organized project documentation and governance capacity for Integration Managers to focus on integration strategy stakeholder management and execution rather than project administration.
