Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- interview and hire top talent from our communities
- coach and develop pioneers within our company
- foster a positive work environment centered around our company values
- teach pioneers about products processes and best practices
- maintain cleanliness and organization of both store and yard to ensure a safe environment for customers and pioneers
- collaborate effectively with other managers to problem solve share best practices and identify product winners to bring to all stores
