Sr. Workday Payroll Integration SME

We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Integrations SME with strong expertise in designing developing and supporting complex Workday Payroll integrations. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with Workday Studio Workday Extend and Workday Integration technologies. This role requires someone who can independently deliver end-to-end integration solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• 8 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Workday Integrations.
• Extensive experience in Workday Payroll Integrations.
• Hands-on experience in Workday Studio with at least 3 4 major end-to-end Studio implementation projects.
• Strong experience with Workday Extend development.
• Experience building and supporting:
  • Payroll Integrations
  • Inbound & Outbound Integrations
  • Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
  • Core Connectors
  • Web Services (REST/SOAP)
  • XML XSLT JSON
• Experience integrating Workday with third-party payroll systems and external applications.
• Strong troubleshooting debugging and production support experience.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and design scalable integration solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Java development experience.
• Experience with Git or other version control tools.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Workday Integration Cloud Platform experience.
• Workday certifications are an added advantage.

• Design develop test and deploy Workday Payroll integrations.
• Build complex integrations using Workday Studio and Workday Extend.
• Develop and maintain EIBs Core Connectors and custom integrations.
• Integrate Workday with third-party payroll providers and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize integration performance.
• Collaborate with business users functional consultants and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews testing deployment and production support activities.

• Proven expertise in Workday Payroll Integration solutions.
• Minimum 3 4 successful Workday Studio projects delivered end-to-end.
• Hands-on Workday Extend development experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced client environment.
