Sr. VP Sales & Marketing

Base Salary: $200000 $250000 annually commensurate with experience plus performance-based incentive opportunities; relocation to Aurora CO is required for out-of-state candidates.

This is how you WOW:

• Define and execute Go-to-Market strategies for Professional Pressure Washer and Aftermarket Parts & Accessory brands.
• Lead multi-channel sales performance across independent dealer networks distributors and direct national enterprise accounts.
• Drive high-growth strategies for the Spraymart aftermarket division to maximize recurring revenue streams.
• Direct industrial brand positioning digital lead generation and targeted field trade show strategies.
• Partner with Product Management Service and Finance to align customer feedback with product roadmaps and EBITDA goals.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• 12 years of senior sales and marketing leadership in industrial equipment heavy machinery or capital goods.
• Deep domain expertise managing independent dealer networks and aftermarket parts distribution models.
• Proven success managing multi-site teams and complex P&L responsibilities exceeding $150M.
• Strong financial acumen in equipment financing dealer floor-plan structures and capital lease management.
• Bachelors degree in business Engineering or Industrial Management
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
