Sr. Technical Project Manager (Document360 & Digital Platforms)

Job Summary
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION
1. Doc360 Platform Leadership
- Serve as thesubject matter expert for Document360 including architecture workflows and governance.
- Lead platform optimization initiatives including:
- Workflow standardization
- Template and content structure alignment
- Permissions and access management
- Analytics and reporting improvements
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to ensure Doc360 supportsscalable SOP and documentation management.
- Manage vendor engagement support escalations and roadmap alignment.
- Oversee content lifecycle processes including creation replication publishing and maintenance workflows.
2. Program & Project Execution
- Leadmultiple concurrent projects and initiatives ensuring delivery against timelines scope and quality expectations.
- Establish and enforceproject governance reporting and risk management practices.
- Drive delivery across initiatives such as:
- SharePoint to Doc360 migrations
- SOP standardization and publishing
- Platform enhancement and optimization
- Manage dependencies across teams and ensure alignment to enterprise priorities.
3. Cross-Functional Team Leadership
- Coordinate delivery across diverse teams including:
- Technical Writers
- Implementation Managers
- Business Analysts
- Engineering and IT teams
- Operations SMEs and stakeholders
- LSG Operations Team
- Ensure teams are effectivelyprioritized and resourced across multiple active workstreams.
- Facilitate collaboration betweenOperations and Technology ensuring solutions reflect real-world operational needs.
4. Operational Alignment & Continuous Improvement
- Translate operational requirements intotechnical solutions and platform enhancements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on:
- Documentation accuracy and standardization
- Workflow efficiency
- Platform usability and adoption
- Partner with operations leaders to ensuredocumentation reflects current processes and business changes.
5. Governance & Quality Assurance
- Establish andmaintaingovernance standards for:
- Documentation structure and taxonomy
- Version control and publishing workflows
- Access and permissions management
- Ensure all content meets enterprise standards foraccuracy consistency and usability.
- Implement metrics and KPIs tomonitorplatform adoption content quality and team performance
OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managingenterprise documentation platforms (Document360 strongly preferred)
- Experience leadingmulti-team multi-project delivery environments
- Strong understanding ofAgile/Hybrid delivery models (Jira backlog management sprint cadence)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate acrossOperations and Technology organizations
- Experience withplatform governance workflows and content lifecycle management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience withSOP-driven environments or regulated operational processes
- Familiarity withdigital learning / knowledge management ecosystems
- Exposure tologistics supply chain or enterprise operations environments
- Experience with analytics reporting orcontent performance tracking

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 3 years of experience intechnical project/program management
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Stand or sit for long periods of time
- Reach with hands and arms and stoop kneel crouch and frequently required to climb or balance
- Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand
- Job may require regular and punctual attendance as well as presence on-site at the assigned work location
