Product Manager Fraud and Risk-Remote
10 years of experience.
Deep hands-on expertise in fraud and/or claims operations including investigator workflows alerts triage and intake processes at a bank or financial institution.
Proven experience leading product design efforts in a product-led (not requirements-led) model.
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience validating solutions directly with business SMEs and operations leaders.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in fraud and claims operations including explainability and audit requirements.
Experience mentoring or building capability within a client or internal product organization.
Exposure to agentic AI intelligent automation or AI-driven decision support is a strong plus.
