Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design development and implementation of enterprise solutions related to SAP Work Management and utility operations.
• Drive integration efforts between GIS platforms asset management systems and operational technologies.
• Provide technical leadership for Electric Operations technology initiatives and utility modernization programs.
• Architect and develop cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS services and Java technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee application architecture system integrations performance optimization and production support activities.
• Guide development teams through best practices in coding deployment testing and CI/CD processes.
• Support troubleshooting root cause analysis and issue resolution across integrated systems.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security governance and operational standards.
• Participate in solution reviews technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with SAP Work Management solutions.
• Hands-on experience with GIS platforms and integrations.
• Solid background in Asset Management systems and processes.
• Mandatory experience in Electric Operations Technologies within utility environments.
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud services.
• Strong programming and development experience in Java.
• Experience leading technical teams and enterprise-scale implementations.
• Strong understanding of system integrations APIs and distributed architectures.
• Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in utility energy or electric operations environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
