Sr. Technical Business Developer, Global Fleet & Product

The Sr. Tech Business Developer will be a key member of the Global Fleet & Product (GFP) team with responsibility for influencing business and product strategy (as a trusted advisor) and negotiating a wide range of deal types in collaboration with micromobility product and technology teams. These efforts will culminate in the launch of new products and services that directly impact delivery operations including deployment of micromobility vehicle technologies.

Key job responsibilities
For each project you will lead required diligence develop the deal structure and negotiating strategy and own the negotiations end-to-end to closure. To be successful in this position you need to be comfortable interfacing with C-Suite executives from companies of all sizes (from start-ups to industry leaders) and earning trust across multiple internal Amazon teams (e.g. finance legal corporate development operations etc.) to achieve your goals. You should also have familiarity with a range of deal types including direct experience with product development technology licensing and integration. A successful candidate will be highly analytical and resourceful and will have the ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. The candidate will have a proven track record of end-to-end deal ownership and success delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

- 5 years of developing negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5 years of Go-To-Market Business Development Sales or Consulting experience
- 5 years of working with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies including but not limited to Mainframe Serverless Containers or Cloud Operations experience
- 5 years of working with Data & AI related technologies including but not limited to AI/ML GenAI Analytics Database and/or Storage experience
- 5 years of in program management workforce strategy development or metrics-driven decision making experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
- Experience leading complex multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology

- Experience identifying negotiating and executing complex legal agreements
- MBA

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
