Sr. Salesforce Developer

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer on behalf of our client in Dallas TX. This role is ideal for an experienced Salesforce professional with deep expertise in designing developing and supporting enterprise Salesforce solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in Salesforce modernization initiatives enterprise integrations Lightning migrations CRM transformation projects and large-scale platform implementations. This position requires strong technical leadership hands-on development experience and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable secure and high-performing solutions.

• Design develop test and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Flows and other Salesforce platform technologies.
• Lead and support Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration initiatives.
• Develop and maintain Apex Classes Triggers Batch Apex Queueable Apex Web Services and custom Lightning components.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs Platform Events Named Credentials and related technologies.
• Build event-driven solutions leveraging Platform Events Change Data Capture (CDC) and asynchronous processing frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders architects analysts and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Support implementations across Service Cloud Sales Cloud Experience Cloud and other Salesforce products.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security best practices including Profiles Roles Permission Sets Sharing Rules and Field-Level Security.
• Participate in data migration data quality org consolidation and CRM transformation initiatives.
• Conduct code reviews troubleshoot issues optimize performance and provide production support.
• Support CI/CD release management and deployment processes using Salesforce DX and modern DevOps practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning estimation development testing and releases.
• Create and maintain technical documentation solution designs and deployment procedures.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
• 10 years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce Flows and Salesforce integrations.
• Proven experience delivering Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration projects.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions with a focus on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture and access control models.
• Experience with API integrations event-driven architectures and enterprise integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce data migration data quality and system integration initiatives.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX version control systems and release management processes.
• Proficiency with tools such as Postman Workbench Data Loader and Visual Studio Code.
• Strong analytical problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.

Candidates must possess at least one active Salesforce certification:

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (preferred)
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
• Experience with Salesforce org mergers and multi-org consolidation initiatives.
• Exposure to Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps and deployment automation tools.
• Prior consulting or system integration experience.
• Additional Salesforce certifications.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance.
