As a member of Fred Hutchs Talent Acquisition team the Senior Recruiter - Research conducts full-cycle recruitment for positions throughout the organization with a focus on positions in research technology and administration.

• Conducts initial candidate screenings to qualify them within the position requirements and share information on the organization compensation package and position details.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies for scientific administrative and technical positions.
• Balance requisition assignments and timelines for recruitment.
• Develop relationships with hiring teams and apply knowledge of department needs to align recruitment strategies.
• Maintain a focus on candidate experience throughout all phases of the recruiting process.
• Participate in both in-person and virtual recruiting events such as college recruiting industry conferences and career fairs.
• Capture and maintain complete documentation on candidates qualifications and status in systems and within compliance guidelines.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and processes to make recommendations for improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with candidate sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
• Minimum 2 years of operational excellence including creation of process documentation and project management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting in the life science biotech research industry.
• Experience working on high-volume as well as high-touch complex professional and leadership positions.
• Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• HR Certification.
• Experience recruiting in the Biotech/Life Science industry.
• Experience with in-house recruitment.
• Postdoc recruiting experience.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $99486 to $157227 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.

Although Fred Hutch is not sponsoring most H-1B visas at this time candidates who already hold an H-1B sponsored by another organization and are currently in the U.S. may be eligible for this position.
