We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager Nextgen CPQ to lead the successful delivery of enterprise Salesforce CPQ transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing Salesforce CPQ Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) implementations and large-scale technology programs within Pharma or Life Sciences environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of Nextgen CPQ transformation programs
- Establish and maintain program governance structures
- Manage scope schedule budget resources risks and stakeholder expectations
- Drive Agile Waterfall or Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Monitor program performance using EVM and reporting frameworks
- Manage implementation partners and supplier relationships
- Lead change management and enterprise technology rollouts
- Present status updates risks and recommendations to executive leadership
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and organizational standards
- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
- 5 years of Program Management experience
- Strong experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Experience with Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)
- Experience with Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM)
- Experience leading global Salesforce transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
- Experience managing vendors suppliers and implementation partners
- Experience creating business cases and obtaining executive approvals
- Strong experience with Agile Waterfall and Hybrid delivery models
- Pharma or Life Sciences industry experience
- Enterprise Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) transformation experience
- PMP PgMP SAFe or related certifications
- Experience with large-scale enterprise system implementations
