Job: Sr PowerBuilder Developer

Location: 600 E Main Street Richmond VA - HYBRID

***ON SITE REQUIRED: 3-4 day/week

Highly Preferred Skills:

Technical knowledge in designing developing and maintaining TAX processing and revenue management systems
Product knowledge of IRMS system and/or functional knowledge.

Required Skills:

Experience developing PowerBuilder applications using PowerBuilder 12.5 or higher
Hands-on experience using Relational Databases such as Oracle 19C or higher or MySQL or similar.
Experience developing interfaces to FileNet application.
Experience developing interface to REST APIs
Design and develop clear and maintainable code.
Experience using software project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and ability to work well in a team.
Interact with a multi-disciplined team to clarify analyze assess requirements-
Work independently and collaboratively on a multi-disciplined project team in an Agile development environment.
Contribute to detailed design and architectural discussions as well as customer requirements sessions to support the implementation PowerBuilder Applications

Hands-on experience developing PowerBuilder applications using PowerBuilder 12.5 or higher. - Required 7 Years

Design and develop clear and maintainable code. - Required 5 Years

Hands-on experience using Relational Databases such as Oracle 19C or higher or MySQL or similar. - Required 5 Years

Experience developing interfaces to FileNet application. - Required 2 Years

Experience developing interface to REST APIs. - Required 2 Years

Experience using software project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps. - Required 2 Years

Excellent Verbal and written communication skills. Able to coordinate with other application development teams team leads business analysts. - Required 2 Years

Self-motivated and ability to work well in a team. - Required 7 Years

Work independently and collaboratively on a multi-disciplined project team in an Agile development environment. - Required 7 Years

Legacy IRMS experience. - Highly desired 7 Years

Must be either US Citizen or Green Card Holder. - Required
