Required	Understand Plant Risk Management identify detail quantify and prioritize risks.
Required	Help define Risk Remediation plans support decisions on RAAs. Describe
Required	Lead Vulnerability Management discussions act as SME for analyzing and remediating vulnerabilities
Required	Analyze and incorporate Supplier Risks into the local risk management.
Required	Assess Risks for critical shopfloor changes or related projects such as tool introductions etc.
Required	Execution of Device Security Profiles for high-profile solutions.
Required	Manage Plant Security Posture deviation of Endpoint Protection & Access Control Baselines etc.
Required	Monitor & assess Asset Inventory accuracy. Feasibility analysis of local Changes on the shopfloor.
Required	Monitor & Support Implementation of Event-Monitoring Solutions manage Local Recovery & Incident Plan availability.
Required	Support analysis & remediation of a Security Incident/Event with on-time reaction and remediation.
Required	Drive development & implementation of Backup Recovery & Contingency Plans for shopfloor.
Required	Understand basic networking Route/Switch
Required	Understands Firewalls VPN NAT DNS DHCP ACLs VLAN Policies and security best practices
Required	Understands OSI model TCP/IP stack
Required	Strong security policy documentation and change control
Required	Clear English communication skills able to articulate issues with end users or others. Able to write clearly & concise
Ideal	Experience with Manufacturing or Industrial processes OT or ICS knowledge
Required	Able to lead Jr engineers and provide guidance.
Required	Able to walk distances within manufacturing floors
