Position: Sr. Network Engineer
Location: Brandon FL (4 days onsite 1 WFH)
CANIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO TAMPA AREA TO BE CONSIDERED
MUST HAVES:
* 7 years of Network Engineering experience
* Hands-on experience administering enterprise firewalls (Check Point strongly preferred)
* Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts including routing switching VPNs VLANs and network segmentation
* Familiarity with AWS cloud environments and foundational cloud networking concepts
* Experience with Palo Alto firewalls is a plus
* Knowledge of Check Point CloudGuard is beneficial
* Ability to work onsite in Brandon FL
* Strong analytical troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred:
* Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure within a utility or highly regulated environment
* Experience supporting large-scale network modernization initiatives
* Exposure to operational technology (OT) or industrial networking environments
* Experience collaborating with cybersecurity infrastructure and data engineering teams
* Familiarity with hybrid cloud networking and secure enterprise connectivity
