Must Have Skills

Experience supportingtest automation environmentsand test execution activities

Strongsystem troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Hands-on experience withAndroid and iOS devices including setup configuration testing and debugging

Experience troubleshootingUSB connectivity device recognition drivers hubs and peripheral devices

Solid understanding ofnetwork troubleshooting including IP addressing DNS routing connectivity and Wi-Fi issues

Experience working withWindows and macOSsystems

Experience collecting logs reproducing issues and documenting findings

Ability to work independently and manage multiple troubleshooting activities simultaneously

Nice to Have Skills

Appium ADB Xcode or mobile testing tools

Python or scripting knowledge

Wireless testing experience (LTE 5G Wi-Fi)

Experience with lab equipment RF systems or device labs

Exposure to automation frameworks and CI/CD tools
