Job Summary
The On-Road Transporter Experience (OTX) and Flex Tech team owns defines and operationalizes products and programs to support a global fleet. We own a complementary set of delivery modalities including smart phone applications in-vehicle console displays and supplementary support devices. We index on customer obsession and technical excellence and take pride in our metric and sentiment-driven approach.
We are seeking a seasoned product leader to own the sentiment and experience this role you will lead strong technical program and business personnel to drive the long-term vision through development of vision documents definition of business requirements launch and post-launch measurement and novel instrumentation. You will also serve as an integral partner to teams across the company working to align interests and implement scalable solutions. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Key job responsibilities
The right candidate will possess a strong product management background with demonstrated experience leading teams as well as large ground-up products. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives but can also roll up your sleeves dig in and get the job done. As a senior manager of technical product you will lead high-impact projects anticipate bottlenecks provide escalation management make trade-offs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. An ability to take large complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected. Maturity high judgment empathy ability to influence analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.
- 12 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
- 6 years of team management experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
