Your Responsibilities as a Sr Marketing & Proposal Coordinator:

• Collaborate with marketers project managers support staff and leadership onpositioningproposalsstatements of qualifications rostersinterviewsand related tasksoninfrastructure environmental and stormwater projectsacross the country.
• Work alongsidelocal marketersbasedinPortland Oregon and Vancouver Washington in pursuit of new workwith an emphasis onprojects in thePacific Northwest.
• Assistwith the retrieval and tracking of requests for proposals/qualifications andleadgo/no-go discussions
• On low-medium- and high-complexity pursuitsLead the proposal process fromgo/no-go discussionthrough drafts and reviews to submittal and (when applicable) writing and coordination.
• Assistwith the writing cataloging and updating of projectmaterials such asproject descriptions team resumes and client references.
• Produce proposals in person as needed from either thePortland Oregon or VancouverWashingtonoffice.
• Coordinateshipping and travel to client locationsfor proposaldeliveryas needed.
• Supportspecialeventsandtradeshowson occasion.
• Performtasks to ensure the quality of Marketing materials such as proofreading aesthetics and compliance reviews.
• Update theclientrelationship management (CRM) systemand related databases.
• Fulfill othermarketingand proposaltasksas needed.

What were looking for:

• Degree certification or equivalent experience in communications marketing business English journalism or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a marketer in the architecture engineering and construction (AEC) industry or other professional services fields.
• Ability towork fromthe Portland Oregon and/or Vancouver Washington office for training and teambuilding 1-2 days a week (flexible schedule).
• Proficiencyin AdobeInDesignandMicrosoft Office.
• Developing knowledge of AI for proposal generation research and daily tasks.
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent writing andcommunicationsskills withthe ability to adapt to different communication styles.
• Valid drivers license safe drivinghistoryand reliable transportation.
