DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Sr. Manager Reports/Analysis/Prodlocatedin Raynham MA.
TheSr. Manager Reports/Analysis/Prodplays a critical leadership role within theInvoice to Cash (I2C)organization driving datadriven decisionmaking through advanced reporting analytics and production insights. This role partners closely with global and regional stakeholders to deliveraccuratetimely and actionable intelligence that supports operational excellence financial performance and continuous improvement. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterpriselevel outcomes lead highimpact analytical initiatives and shape reporting strategy during a pivotal period of transformation for DePuy Synthes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design governance and delivery of standardized and adhoc reporting and analytics supporting I2C and related operational processes.
Translate complex operational and financial data into clear insights and executiveready dashboards to support strategic and tactical decisionmaking.
Partner with crossfunctional teams (Finance Supply Chain Commercial IT) to ensure alignment of data definitions metrics and reporting standards.
Oversee production reporting processes to ensure data accuracy consistency and timeliness across systems and geographies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives byidentifyingtrends risks and opportunities within I2C performance metrics.
Manage coach and develop a team of analysts and reporting professionals fostering a highperformance and inclusive culture.
Ensure compliance with internal controls data governance standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
Support system enhancements automation and analytics transformation initiatives in partnership with digital and technology teams.
Qualifications
Education:
Required:Bachelors degree in Business Finance Analytics Information Systems ora relatedfield.
Preferred:Masters degree (MBA MS or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Typically8-10years of progressive experiencein reporting analytics finance operations or related functions withdemonstratedleadership responsibility.
Strong experience developing and managing complex reports dashboards and analytical models.
Experience leading teams and influencing crossfunctional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
Strong understanding of operational and financial processes preferably within I2C or ordertocash environments.
Advancedproficiencywith reporting and analytics tools (e.g. BI platforms Excel enterprise systems).
Preferred:
Experience in a global highly regulated or medical device/pharmaceutical environment.
Exposure todata governance automation and advanced analytics initiatives.
Change management or transformation experience supporting largescale process or system improvements.
Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise data architectures.
Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights for senior leaders.
Other:
Language:English;additionallanguages a plus.
Travel:Up to 1015% primarily domestic.
Certifications:Analytics finance or project management certifications preferred but not.
