Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Executive Operations & Leadership Support

  • Manage and prioritize the GMs calendar ensuring alignment with strategic priorities business objectives and organizational operating cadence
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel site visit logistics expense reporting and executive itinerary management
  • Support prioritization scheduling and preparation for leadership meetings customer engagements and strategic business activities
  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to the GM helping coordinate priorities communications and follow-through across the leadership team

Leadership Operating Rhythm & Coordination

  • Design coordinate and facilitate leadership operating cadence including weekly staff meetings monthly business reviews quarterly reviews and strategic planning sessions
  • Own and maintain the annual strategic calendar for the leadership team
  • Track key action items commitments decisions and deliverables across the senior leadership team to improve accountability and execution follow-through
  • Support MBO and goal-setting processes reporting and leadership follow-up activities
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for incoming leadership hires as needed

Communications & Organizational Alignment

  • Support development and coordination of town halls leadership communications presentations and employee engagement activities
  • Draft and coordinate executive communications including internal messages presentations LinkedIn content and organizational updates
  • Help improve communication flow and alignment across cross-functional teams and business locations
  • Support leadership visibility recognition and employee engagement initiatives

Strategic Projects & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Lead and coordinate special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the GM and leadership team
  • Help create operational structure prioritization and coordination across multiple business initiatives
  • Build and maintain systems tools and processes that improve organizational effectiveness communication flow and leadership visibility
  • Support knowledge management and centralized leadership documentation to maintain a common operating picture across the organization
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy judgment discretion and professionalism in managing sensitive business matters

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 8 years of experience supporting senior executives leadership teams business operations executive operations chief of staff functions strategic planning coordination or related operational leadership roles
  • Experience operating in fast-paced highly matrixed or rapidly changing environments preferred
  • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders business functions and leadership teams required
  • Background in executive operations business operations consulting communications organizational effectiveness or strategic project management strongly preferred
  • Manufacturing or semiconductor industry experience preferred but not required
  • Due to ITAR compliance this position requires candidates to be a U.S. Citizen Permanent Resident Alien or Protected Individual per 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required; experience with collaboration and project management tools preferred

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid office environment with periodic travel required
  • Ability to support occasional early morning or evening meetings due to global operations and time zones
  • Limited domestic and international travel may be required

Physical Requirements

  • Primarily office-based work environment
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
