Role Overview

Sr Consultant supporting Information Security A&M (Acquisition & Integration) initiatives.
Focus is NOT pure change mgmt - need someone who can organize execute and drive A&M programs end-to-end.

Core Focus Areas

Acquisition integration (systems security)
Technology change adoption
Stakeholder alignment across enterprise
PMO-aligned execution

Must Have

4 yrs Technology Change / Transformation
2 yrs PMO / Program Execution
Strong A&M (Mergers & Acquisitions) exposure
Ability to translate technical business impact
Strong stakeholder communication (exec level)

Preferred

M&A integration experience (hands-on)
Consulting background (Big 4 BIG plus)
Prosci / ADKAR (nice to have)

Tools / Tech

MS Project / Smartsheet (or similar)
Microsoft 365 (Teams Excel PPT etc.)
SharePoint / Confluence
