Good communication skills Team player Designs and develops solutions in core Duck Creek application components eg Example Server Express TransACT Forms Engine User Admin Author etc Resolve policy issues by incident management procedures and identify underlying themes of repetitive issues Work with Progressive Developers and other SMEs for the same on need basis Work with Business and SMEs to gather and verify the requirements Identify escalate and mitigate challenges in delivery both from technical and functional standpoint Resolve policy issues by incident management procedures and identify underlying themes of repetitive issues Responsible to review and identify gaps in the existing solutions and suggest alternatives Responsible to provide technical leadership to project resources and the client to meet project deadlines and ensure that project objectives are met Responsible to identify clarify and resolve system development and maintenance activity issues and risks escalating them as needed Responsible to review technical documentation to verify compliance with client requirements and established architectural standards and guidelines Provide inputs to test strategy and test authoring for respective team
