Python experience for data manipulation automation and validation.
Real professional experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot Cursor Claude etc.
Strong MicroStrategy experience including report development semantic layers schema management and enterprise reporting.
Strong Data Warehousing/Dimensional Modeling experience including:
o Star & Snowflake Schemas

We are seeking an experienced Senior BI Report Developer to lead the design development and modernization of enterprise reporting solutions. This role is responsible for delivering executive and operational dashboards maintaining governed semantic models and developing analytical reporting solutions that support strategic business decisions.
The ideal candidate combines strong SQL expertise with hands-on BI reporting experience and has experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and accelerate dashboard modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions.
Translate business requirements into scalable maintainable reporting assets aligned with established data governance standards.
Develop and manage semantic layers including metrics attributes hierarchies prompts and security models.
Write optimize and troubleshoot complex SQL queries across enterprise data platforms.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to create curated datasets aggregation tables and performance-optimized reporting structures.
Perform data validation profiling and reconciliation activities to ensure reporting accuracy.
Support the design and implementation of dimensional data models including fact and dimension tables.
Lead efforts to modernize legacy reporting solutions into contemporary web-based dashboard experiences.
Utilize approved AI coding and productivity tools to assist with SQL development documentation validation and reporting workflows while maintaining appropriate human oversight and quality standards.
