Job Description
Adjunct faculty members to provide high-quality instruction in undergraduate and/or graduate courses within the Department of Physical Education Sport and Human Performance in the Richard W. Riley College of Education Sport and Human Sciences. Teaching assignments may include Sport Management or other related disciplines and may be delivered in face-to-face online or hybrid formats.
Required Qualifications
Masters degree in the teaching discipline or a closely related field with at least 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline for undergraduate teaching; earned doctorate in the discipline or a closely related field for graduate-level teaching. Demonstrated expertise in the assigned teaching area. Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to effectively teach in face-to-face online and/or hybrid learning environments. Commitment to student success and excellence in teaching.
Preferred Qualifications
Teaching experience in content area. Professional work or clinical experience in content area. Teaching experience in an online environment.
