Language Link Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-developed consistent schedule and work within a truly collaborative interdisciplinary model.
The location in Margate is a partner center primary providing services for kiddos ages 2-7 with a Dx of ASD. Sessions run 30 minutes in length. We have optional schedules to accommodate a four and five-day work week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to pediatric patients (ages 27 primarily ASD population)
- Collaborate daily with ABA team (BCBAs RBTs) to integrate communication goals into programming
- Train staff and caregivers on strategies to improve carryover
- Maintain accurate timely documentation (SOAP notes progress reports annual reports)
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning
- Ensure compliance with all state federal and payer guidelines

Requirements
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Florida SLP license

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus not required
