We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a growing healthcare team focused on delivering exceptional patient this role you will evaluate and treat patients with swallowing speech-language and therapy needs while collaborating with patients families and interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform and document initial and ongoing patient assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Educate and counsel patients and families regarding treatment progress
Assist with discharge planning from therapy services
Supervise clinical fellows students and support personnel as needed
Requirements
Must-Haves
Active Utah SLP License
Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (required within 60 days of hire)
