Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy for speech language cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders
Document patient progress accurately and maintain clinical records
Collaborate with physicians caregivers and interdisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home programs
Required Qualifications
Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Utah (UT SLP License required)
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in clinical hospital rehabilitation or school-based settings
Familiarity with evidence-based speech therapy practices
Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
