Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate diagnose and treat speech language communication and swallowing disorders in students
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and educational goals
Collaborate with teachers parents and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress planning
Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
Required Skills:
Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington Current ESA certification may be required depending on district requirements Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team
