About the Role
Hi SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school-based position in Boulder CO. Youll support students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning.

What Youll Do
- Provide speech-language therapy services in a school setting
- Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Support students with articulation language fluency and social communication
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation progress notes and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What Were Looking For
- Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- Colorado CDE certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Masters Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- At least 1 year of classroom experience required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
