As a SpeechLanguage Pathologist in our Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Department you will play an essential role in delivering worldclass patientcentered care. Our clinicians are recognized leaders in the fieldactively involved in research education and clinical excellence.

In this role you will:

• Evaluate and treat medically complex patients with communication and swallowing disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate care plans and provide education and support to patients families and staff
• Serve as a clinical resource while contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within the department
• Build a foundation for longterm professional growth advancement and leadership opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Masters Degree from an accredited SpeechLanguage Pathology program
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCSLP)
• Active New York State SpeechLanguage Pathology license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Bilingual language skills desirable
