Job Summary

Caption Head Coach works closely with the Band Director to create teach and rehearse routines contributing to the overall impact of the marching band in the areas of visual percussion and color guard choreography equipment handling and student mentorship creating a positive and supportive environment for skill and personal development.

Requirements / Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATIONHigh School Diploma or training in Music Arts (preferred).EXPERIENCEOne (1) year of experience teaching Music to students in elementary middle or high school settings and the ability to implement California Arts Standards for AND OTHER REQUIREMENTSFirst Aid and CPR Certificate Proof of required education certificates Valid California Drivers License or IDNote: valid unexpired certificates are required prior to first day of workApplicants must meet the minimum education requirements at the time of submitting an minimum qualifications required for this position (e.g. licenses certificates etc.) must be cited on the application or the applicant will be subject to disqualification for this PROCEDURE: Applications are initially screened for qualifying information and qualified applicants will be notified of any further testing or interviews.
