Specialist II Equipment Leasing & Finance Loan Documentation & Processing

• Assessing client needs
• Analyzing financial strength
• Evaluating collateral and asset values
• Developing tailored leasing or financing arrangements that support client business objectives
• Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of equipment finance transactions
• Ensuring adherence to credit policies and regulatory requirements
• Coordinating documentation and funding processes and maintaining strong portfolio oversight

• Preparing and reviewing loan documentation
• Support for tasks related to the loan process including independently processing closing and funding loans and signing off on conditions
• Arranging the financing of dealer inventory in consumer and capital goods
• Financing activities may be conducted with equipment manufacturers or directly with dealers
• Other duties as assigned

• Working under moderate supervision.
• Problems are typically of a routine nature but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.
• Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation.

• Typically requires 2 years relevant experience
• May require vocational or technical training
