Special Events Coordinator (Coil Cleaner)

Safely works with theMarketing and Sales teams to set-up coordinate and execute plans for specialevents. Represent Southern Eagle Sales& Service (SESS) in way to maximize sales build relationships andincrease exposure of SESS products in the market. The ideal candidate isteam-oriented with a positive attitude.

Coordinate daily withmarketing team members to plan and execute tasks needed to set up specialevents and prep venues.

Loading anddelivering equipment to venues picking up equipment when events concludeensure all equipment is accounted for and in good working condition.

Merchandiseevents venues and retailers when SESS invests sponsors or takes part in anevent.

Handle administrativetasks such as making invoices verifying beer permits balancing product andfunds as needed.

Follow allfederal state and local laws including Louisiana ATC laws to keep SESScompliant at all times.

Must have acurrent DOT physical or be able to pass one as a condition of accepting therole.

Demonstratestrong attention to detail and communication skills.

Prioritize safetyand maintain a clean driving record.

Manage ordersusing software systems and quickly learn new software.

Exhibit ateam-oriented attitude and focus on customer service.

Ability to worknights weekends and early mornings during festivals concerts sportingevents etc.

High schooldiploma or equivalent required.

Posses avalid Class A CDL or be able to obtain one within 90 days of starting in therole.

Strong mathskills and cash handling skills.

Must be in goodphysical condition with strong motor skills.

Safely lift up to50 lbs. repetitively and frequently up to 167 lbs.

Stand lifttwist bend kneel push pull and move for 8 to 12 hours.

Frequently climbin and out of truck cabs use stairs and ramps work in tight spaces.

Work in allweather conditions.
