Special Education Teacher

A special education teacher in Crimson Heights clinic is responsible for providing specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs. What youll do

• Set learning goals for each student assess their progress and record their evaluations.
• Adapt general lessons to meet students needs.
• Develop individualized education Programs (IEPs) for each student.
• Plan organize and assign activities that are specific to each students abilities.
• Update parents on the progress of their students and enlist parental support with behavior control and home activities designed to supplement their classroom lessons.
• Discuss students progress with parents other teachers therapists BCBAs and administrators.

What youll bring

• Bachelors or masterss degree.
• Valid special education teaching credential for utah
• 2 years of experience preferred in special education teaching.
