Job Summary
Special Education Instructional Aides assist scholars in need of assistance meeting educational goals in reading and/or math. Instructional Aides work with small groups (4-6 scholars) throughout the day. Experience working with children in Special Education is Aide openings could be at either one of our schools LaVerne Elementary Preparatory Academy located in Hesperia or Desert Trails Preparatory Academy located in Adelanto. Desert Trails has Transitional Kindergarten - 6th grade. LaVerne Elementary Preparatory Academy has grades TK-8th. Both are independent charter schools.
High School Diploma 3 Letters of Recommendation
You must possess a High School Diploma or higher complete an application and submit 3 letters of recommendation within the last 3 experience working in a school setting is preferred. Experience working with students in a special education setting is a benefit.
