• Manage day-to-day operations of the spa ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Supervise and train staff fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
• Oversee scheduling payroll and employee orientation for new hires.
• Handle recruiting and interviewing processes to build a strong team.
• Maintain inventory control and manage purchasing to ensure adequate supplies are available.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase sales.
• Utilize POS systems for transactions cash handling and bookkeeping tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Develop budgets and monitor financial performance to achieve profitability goals.

• Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within the spa or wellness industry is a must.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with retail math pricing strategies and sales management techniques.
• Experience in training & development employee orientation and performance evaluation.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices and bookkeeping principles.
• Proficient in cash handling procedures and POS systems.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities with a focus on team management and motivation.
