Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Source Project Manager - LEGO to join our team in Raritan NJ reporting to the Make Surgery Source Work Stream Lead Transcend. This position is a duration role for 13 months Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company. This position is eligible for severance.

• The LEGO Source Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination between cross functional teams to ensure supplier and master data readiness effective governance risk mitigation and a successful transition to support LEGO operations as well as serve as the Source SME.
• Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end Source workstream deployment activities supporting LEGO and Transcend implementations ensuring business readiness governance risk mitigation and successful value as the Source Value Stream Lead for LEGO driving alignment across Procurement Supply Chain Finance Tax Trade Compliance and Technology supplier readiness strategy onboarding governance and compliance activities required for legal entity transitions and deployment Source master data readiness cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Drive resolution of critical deployment risks supplier impacts and process gaps through executive stakeholder engagement and decision management.
• Establish and govern Source-related deployment requirements standards and business process controls.
• Act as the primary escalation point and SME for Source deployment activities ensuring alignment with overall Transcend program objectives.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelors degree is required; bachelors degree within a technical or engineering discipline is preferred;

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• Significant experience in Source / Procurement /Manufacturing / P2P within a global regulated environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skill with ability to confidently present complex information
• Analytical sound judgment and decision making problem solver
• Demonstrated track record of delivering against targets and objectives
• Able to prioritize requests and propose effective alternatives when necessary.
• Proven leadership experience in largescale project implementation is preferred.
• Strong understanding of endtoend supply chain value streams and operating model design.
• Demonstrated ability to lead without authority influence senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities.

Preferred:

• Previous experience with LEGO project implementation and/or buyer/planner experience is preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in largescale project implementation is preferred

Other:

• English Fluency is required
• 10% -20% Travel-International and Domestic

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$102000.00 - $177100.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).



This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.



Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year

Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off 80 hours per calendar year
