Solutions Engineer

Join the post-implementation customer team as a technical expert supporting housing software products. You will connect customers and customer success teams with engineering helping resolve complex issues and improve the product experience.

• Serve as the technical point of contact for a housing product area supporting customers and customer success teams after implementation.
• Investigate customer data and API integrations to diagnose issues identify patterns and verify that systems are working correctly.
• Triage technical escalations resolve customer issues independently where possible and coordinate code-level fixes with engineering.
• Support onboarding and data migration for new platform rollouts.
• Partner with engineering product and customer success to share customer insights and inform product improvements.

• Three to seven years of experience in a post-sales Solutions Engineer or similar technical customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience owning implementation troubleshooting and escalations in a startup or similarly fast-moving environment; primarily pre-sales experience is not a fit.
• Hands-on familiarity with APIs integration patterns and working with customer data.
• Strong technical foundations such as a technical degree or equivalent experience and comfort navigating codebases and working with engineering teams.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and take ownership of customer issues.
• Experience supporting complex multi-product platforms or housing-related software is valuable.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer engagements as needed.

Base salary: $150000 to $200000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
