THE JOB
The Solution Architect (Airtable) is a hands-on role responsible for architecting and building client-facing Airtable solutions for enterprise-level organizations shaping solutions strategy and executing the collaborative vision defined with our clients. This role requires balancing technical and tactical realities from discovery through final delivery. This client-facing role partnered with a Production Lead ushers clients through discovery data architecture build and training. Hands-on building both on the data architecture side and via front-end interfaces is a must. Effective communication and maintaining strong client relationships are essential. This role requires an advanced understanding of Airtable and software implementation.
AS A PERSON YOU ARE:
An expert with a deep understanding of Airtable including formulas linked records automations interfaces and integrations.
Operationally minded with knowledge of cross-functional agency or business workflows.
Skilled in system design and process simplificationfor non-technical teams.
A proactive problem solverwho identifies gaps in tooling or workflow and proposes informed solutions.
A thought partnerto other operational leaders.
Highly collaborativewith builders and producers at all levels.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment able to maintain momentum by working efficiently and proactively while maintaining Airtable best practices
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Act as the subject-matter experton Airtable for client projects.
Train client teamson Airtable setup and workflows for project management.
Build Airtable solutionstailored to client needs and business objectives.
Monitor Airtables effectivenessfor client projects ensuring alignment with client workflows.
Provide ongoing support and optimizationfor client-facing Airtable projects.
Steer and execute Airtable implementationsacross multiple teams or departments within enterprise-level organizations.
Design or evolve scalable basesthat solve complex operational needs across multiple stakeholder groups.
Create and lead user-focused training sessionsacross departments.
Draft and maintain best practices and SOPsfor Airtable use.
Collaborate with builders at all levelsto problem-solve and find solutions effectively and efficiently.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
3 years of experiencein an Airtable-building role including defining data architecture and leading implementations for complex organizations.
Airtable Builder certificationwill be required within 1 month of joining the team.
Advanced understandingof Airtable and software implementation including: relational data structuring interface design automation and automation logic.
