Our client is rolling out a secure cloud-based SaaS case management platform built for child welfare and public sector human services agencies. The system supports the full case lifecycle from intake to closure with mobile-friendly capabilities offline functionality and analytics designed to improve caseworker efficiency and client outcomes. NuneX Enterprises is sourcing qualified trainers to support this statewide New Mexico deployment across 12 sites.
Assignment Details
Openings: 5 total
Start Dates: Group 2: Approximate 6/22/26 (5 trainers)
End Date: 8/7/26 (possible extension through 8/31/26)
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Work Mode: Heavy on-site travel (JuneAugust); limited remote prior to travel period
Pay Rate: $30$40/hr
Engagement Type: W2 for New Mexico residents Near-border candidates from Colorado Arizona or Texas will be considered (W2 or 1099)
Expenses: Upfront consultant costs include hotel food fuel and travel expenses. Reimbursement via receipts (no per diem) receipts submitted weekly and paid when client pays (net 30 days). Personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursed at standard IRS rate.
Travel Areas
Trainers will travel across New Mexico concentrating on: Santa Fe Albuquerque Las Cruces (Doña Ana County) Los Lunas Taos Carlsbad Las Vegas/Hot Springs (San Miguel County) Colfax County (Raton Cimarron Springer) Farmington (San Juan County) Roswell
Expect periods of 12 consecutive weeks on-site with a MonThu schedule pattern possible.
Role Summary
Trainers will be trained on the case management system then deployed statewide to deliver in-person classroom-style instruction to caseworkers and agency staff. This is a training delivery role all materials (trainer guides user guides and How-Tos) are provided. Classes are up to 20 participants per session.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging module-based classroom training sessions for up to 20 end users
Present using provided trainer guides user guides and how-to documentation
Facilitate sessions using adult learning techniques; adapt to varied learning styles
Provide live system demos and guided walkthroughs
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the curriculum/training team
Adapt quickly to New Mexicos custom case management configuration
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of software or classroom training experience (technology/software environment strongly preferred)
Resume must reflect classroom training on software including software type and class sizes
Proficiency in MS Office PowerPoint (heavily used) Word and Excel
Demonstrated experience with adult learning theory participatory facilitation and instructional design
Strong English communication skills (native or equivalent fluency)
Ability to learn new systems quickly and independently
Willingness to travel extensively throughout New Mexico
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Must consent to a comprehensive criminal background check applicants with felonies misdemeanors or extensive credit history issues need not apply
Preferred / Nice to Have
SaaS platform training experience; large enterprise systems (SAP EPIC EMR) a plus
Case management system familiarity
Healthcare Human Services or Medicare/Medicaid background
HIPAA knowledge and compliance awareness
