Position Title: Software Engineer
Location: Reston VA
Work Arrangement: 100% onsite
Endurance IT Services is seeking an experienced Software Engineer in Northern Virginia! Youll join a small agile team focused on building and supporting scalable solutions that power Marketing Sales and Customer Service operations. This hands-on role combines Dynamics 365 CRM expertise with full-stack software engineering requiring ownership of solution design development integrations and production support across enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and support solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM including customizations plugins workflows and integrations.
- Build scalable enterprise applications C# SQL Azure services and modern web technologies.
- Develop and maintain integrations between CRM platforms internal systems and third-party applications using APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into practical scalable solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from design and development through deployment and production support.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across CRM databases and integrated systems while driving long-term solutions.
- Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions that ensure scalability maintainability and performance.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience developing and supporting enterprise applications.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (or comparable CRM platforms) including customization and integration.
- Expertise C# SQL Azure services and modern application development practices.
- Experience with Azure Functions App Services API Management Service Bus Logic Apps Key Vault and Azure SQL.
- Knowledge of sales marketing and customer service business processes.
- Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues across multiple systems and integrations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative agile environment.
