We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Software Support Analyst to join our team at Meyer Plastics Inc. as we support the software systems and business applications used within our plastics manufacturing and distribution operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for company software applications and business systems
Troubleshoot software system and user issues in a timely manner
Assist employees with ERP CRM inventory and production management systems
Monitor system performance and escalate complex technical issues when necessary
Document support requests solutions and troubleshooting procedures
Collaborate with IT production warehouse and customer service teams
Train employees on software usage and best practices
Support software updates testing and implementation projects
Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems
Ensure data accuracy security and system reliability
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field preferred
Previous experience in software support help desk or IT support roles preferred
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Familiarity with ERP systems CRM platforms and database management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software applications
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
