Our team sits at the heart of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Early Engagement of new Technologies ensuring Apple products just work and delight customers from the moment they open the box.

As a Software Engineering Program Manager youll drive end-to-end delivery of software algorithms applications and systems that enable hardware design validation calibration and testing across Apples entire product ecosystem. Youll partner with Engineering Technology Operations and other cross-functional organizations to translate complex technical requirements into actionable programs and ensure on time delivery.n

Lead comprehensive requirements gathering across stakeholders to define clear actionable software specifications and acceptance criterianDrive technical design reviews with engineering teams ensuring architectural decisions align with business objectives and scalability requirementsnDeep-dive into features and functionality to understand technical complexity dependencies and integration points across systemsnProactively identify and drive resolution of technical risks working with engineering leads to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plansnOwn end-to-end project delivery ensuring on-time completion while maintaining high quality standards through rigorous testing and validation processesnCoordinate and manage vendor teams establishing clear deliverables timelines and accountability structures to ensure successful project completionnChampion process improvements and establish quality gates throughout the development lifecyclenAdditional responsibilities may include maintaining portfolio level roadmaps oversight on resource capacity funding rolling out project framework new initiatives etc.

Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Electrical Engineering or related technical field n2 years of software project management experiencenProven expertise in requirements analysis and translating business needs into technical specificationsnDemonstrated success delivering high-quality software projects on time through effective quality management and milestone trackingnTrack record of identifying technical risks early and leading technical deep dives with SW engineers DevOps and QA to resolve complex technical challengesnExcellent presentation skills with proven experience delivering clear project updates and prioritiesnKnowledge of software engineering standard methodologies (Agile DevOps quality assurance processes)nPassion for operational excellence and customer-focused outcomes
