About the Role:
Organization is driving a major transformation focused on building scalable digital platforms that power modern manufacturing operations. Within this organization the Sight Vertical is responsible for delivering AI/ML-powered anomaly detection solutions using computer vision and manufacturing data analytics.

The Software Engineering Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team of software engineers and data engineers responsible for the Sight and Sense product lines. This role combines engineering leadership software delivery oversight AI/ML platform strategy MLOps and manufacturing technology innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering background with experience leading teams building AI/ML computer vision or large-scale data-driven products.

Required:

• 3 years of Software Engineering Management experience
• Experience hiring mentoring coaching and leading engineering teams
• 5 years of Software Engineering experience
• AI/ML application development experience
• Computer Vision experience
• Data Engineering and Analytics Platform experience
• Strong understanding of the Machine Learning Lifecycle
• Model Training Inference Monitoring and Deployment experience
• Agile and Scrum leadership experience
• Technical Architecture and Solution Design expertise
• Cross-functional stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Skills:

• MLOps platform experience
• AWS Azure or GCP cloud experience
• Manufacturing Technology experience
• Industrial IoT (IIoT) experience
