About the Role:
Organization is driving a major transformation focused on building scalable digital platforms that power modern manufacturing operations. Within this organization the Sight Vertical is responsible for delivering AI/ML-powered anomaly detection solutions using computer vision and manufacturing data analytics.
The Software Engineering Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team of software engineers and data engineers responsible for the Sight and Sense product lines. This role combines engineering leadership software delivery oversight AI/ML platform strategy MLOps and manufacturing technology innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering background with experience leading teams building AI/ML computer vision or large-scale data-driven products.
Required:
- 3 years of Software Engineering Management experience
- Experience hiring mentoring coaching and leading engineering teams
- 5 years of Software Engineering experience
- AI/ML application development experience
- Computer Vision experience
- Data Engineering and Analytics Platform experience
- Strong understanding of the Machine Learning Lifecycle
- Model Training Inference Monitoring and Deployment experience
- Agile and Scrum leadership experience
- Technical Architecture and Solution Design expertise
- Cross-functional stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
Skills:
- MLOps platform experience
- AWS Azure or GCP cloud experience
- Manufacturing Technology experience
