What You Will Do:

• You will develop cutting-edge embedded software networking and communication productsin C/C and Rust.
• You will support project success by collaborating on requirements implementation test development and certification.
• You will support initiatives and work as a part of a team.
• You will help make decisions for your team: supporting cost schedule and technical performance.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelors degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) obtained prior to start.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Some experience with embedded software development.
• Some experience with C/C Rust or Python programming languages.

*Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience research coursework or projects.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Active U.S. Department of Defense Clearance.
• Some experience with Linux development environments.
• Some experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Some experience with networking and communications protocols.
• Some experience with multithreading and containerization.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.

The salary range for this role is 57200 USD - 108800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
