Job Description:
As a Senior AI Engineer you will lead the design development and delivery of intelligent scalable solutions within a complex enterprise environment. You will work closely with engineering teams architects and business stakeholders to build distributed platforms leveraging AI-driven development practices and cloud technologies. This role requires strong technical leadership hands-on development expertise and the ability to drive innovation while ensuring alignment with strategic technology objectives operational excellence and high system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of AI-driven distributed systems and enterprise platforms
• Facilitate technical discussions and drive solution alignment with business and architectural goals
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
• Build and deploy scalable applications using cloud platforms and AI-led development practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business technology and operations partners
• Identify technical risks and establish mitigation strategies early in the development lifecycle
• Drive process improvements to enhance delivery speed quality and system performance
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using modern frameworks and technologies
• Integrate APIs and services using SOAP and REST architectures
• Monitor system performance using telemetry and operational metrics to ensure reliability
• Support and maintain mission-critical applications across multiple environments
• Contribute to Agile development processes including planning execution and release management

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• 6 years of experience in software development on large-scale enterprise systems
• 6 years of experience working with distributed systems and cloud platforms
• Strong proficiency Framework C# Core for full-stack development
• Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular TypeScript RXJS and PrimeNG
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform and Pivotal Cloud Foundry
• Hands-on experience with AI tools agentic AI frameworks and AI-led development lifecycle (AI-DLC)
• Experience integrating services using SOAP and REST APIs
• Strong knowledge of databases such as Aerospike SQL Server and PostgreSQL
• Experience working with messaging systems such as Kafka and IBM MQ
• Familiarity with BPM platforms such as Appian
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies
• Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills
• Experience mentoring teams and influencing technical decisions at an organizational level
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments and handle ambiguity effectively
• Experience in financial services domain including trading or brokerage systems (preferred)
• Experience with production support and mission-critical system operations (preferred)

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $60.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
