OVERVIEW:

Were seeking an experienced Software Developer / Engineer III to design develop and deliver innovative software products that directly support business operations and strategic initiatives.

This role goes beyond traditional software development by partnering closely with stakeholders to rapidly prototype solutions leverage AI-enabled technologies and deliver scalable production-ready applications. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in modern development tools AI-assisted development and product-focused solution delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the design development testing and deployment of software solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate business challenges into technical solutions.

Design scalable maintainable and secure software applications.

Build and enhance enterprise applications using modern development frameworks and technologies.

Leverage AI-assisted development tools and generative AI technologies to accelerate product delivery.

Integrate AI-powered capabilities into business applications and workflows.

Contribute to software documentation architecture decisions and development standards.

Support the maintenance enhancement and modernization of existing systems.

Participate in agile development practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Stay current with emerging technologies AI trends and software engineering best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field preferred.

5 years of software development experience with a bachelors degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience designing and developing enterprise software applications.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Experience designing scalable and maintainable software systems.

Strong database design and querying experience.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with Power Platform tools including Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI.

Experience with AI technologies such as Claude Code Cursor GitHub Copilot and Figma.

Experience with Azure DevOps.

Experience with prompt engineering and AI-assisted development.

Experience integrating AI-enabled features into production systems.

Familiarity with ethical AI practices and governance.

Experience working in agile development environments.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Pay Rate: $65/hr
