**CHOMP is a NICOTINE-FREE facility - all drug reports must have a negative result for nicotine/cotinine. If tested positive will submit for review if traveler has been prescribed a nicotine patch. For all reports with no legitimate reason for positive nicotine/cotinine the contract will be cancelled.
Higher level of care (PHP/IOP/Residential)
MUST HAVE ADOLESCENT EXPERIENCE - AGES 11-17
DBT experience would be preferred
Fulltime.
California License required Yes
LCSW or LMFT and BLS AHA required - MUST be LCSW or LMFT
How many years experience 1 year
Hours 8:30-5 pm
Weekends On rare occasion if patient/family need
this job requires masters degree 3rd party verification
