This is a travel/contract Social Work (MSW) position in the Case Management department at an acute care facility in Mission Viejo CA. The role carries a caseload of 2023 patients and operates within a 7-day-per-week department with a variable 5-day workweek. This position requires prior travel experience first-time travelers will not be considered.

• Manage a caseload of 2023 patients within an acute care Case Management setting.
• Support department operations occurring 7 days per week on a variable 5-day workweek schedule.
• Provide social work services in alignment with the facilitys acute care standards and protocols.

• Minimum 1 full year of acute care experience required.
• Prior travel/contract experience required first-time travelers are not eligible for this position.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 2023 patients.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule including days that may not be consecutive.

• Master of Social Work (MSW) degree required.

• Minimum 1 full year of acute care experience required.
• Must be an experienced traveler no first-time travelers accepted (hard stop).

• Variable 5-day workweek; department operates 7 days per week. Days off will vary and are not guaranteed to be back-to-back although every effort will be made to schedule consecutive days off when possible.
