ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed:

  • Supervise and manage staff in social media and advertising departments
  • Develop implement and manage operational goals; monitor performance and profit objectives
  • Create organic social media strategy for multi-property region
  • Align social digital and web strategies with property vision through regular leadership meetings
  • Attend events and promotions to capture content engage guests and promote the brand
  • Create efficient staff schedules while managing labor costs and meeting guest satisfaction goals
  • Oversee property social media platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter)
  • Develop and execute paid social media content calendar
  • Maintain daily workflow and execute organic social media postings
  • Partner with property outlets to ensure social media strategy aligns with mission
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and manage property reputation
  • Create copy and imagery for organic social posts
  • Conduct social media and internet research; provide market recommendations
  • Collaborate with Corporate Design Studio for access to photo assets and usage rights
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely accurate and cost-effective campaign production
  • Submit paid social media advertising requests via InMotion project management system
  • Provide analytics reporting for organic social media; adjust strategy as needed
  • Adhere to deadlines for content calendar and other assignments
  • Assist in departmental budget planning; ensure compliance and report concerns
  • Promote superior customer service and ensure team adherence to service standards
  • Enhance guest interactions through friendly engagement and support
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and report potential issues to Executive Management/GM
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee staff development initiatives and training programs to ensure team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed for success
  • Lead employee recognition efforts through rewards and engagement programs to foster a positive and motivated work environment
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to support continuous improvement
  • Make staffing recommendations including participation in interviewing hiring and scheduling to meet operational needs
  • Plan assign and direct work to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery
  • Provide guidance on employee performance matters including coaching counseling and disciplinary actions as needed

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Bachelors degree in marketing finance or related field from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in progressively responsible leadership roles in marketing or operations
  • Experience across multiple communication channels including direct mail email and social media
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices
  • Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook; familiarity with InMotion and Social Studio preferred
  • Strong client interface and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from managers clients customers and the public
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and diplomatic interaction with guests staff and colleagues
  • Proficient in basic math operations and data interpretation including rates ratios percentages and bar graphs
  • Demonstrated ability to drive toward results and meet objectives

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating procedures and manuals in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guests team members and management
  • Capable of conveying information clearly and professionally in high-pressure or fast-paced situations
  • Able to understand and respond to guest inquiries concerns and feedback with courtesy and accuracy
  • Must be able to document incidents complete reports and follow written instructions precisely
  • Proficiency in communicating policies procedures and expectations to team members

  • Ability to apply common sense and sound judgment to carry out written oral or diagrammed instructions
  • Strong problem-solving skills in standardized situations involving multiple variables
  • Capable of making quick decisions under pressure while maintaining guest satisfaction and safety

CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS

  • Must qualify for all licensing and permit requirements as mandated by federal state and local regulations
  • Valid Clark County Health Card required
  • Valid Alcohol Awareness Card required
  • Valid Nevada Drivers License required
  • Current three-year driving record (Statement of Driving History) must be provided and maintained

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Regularly required to stand for extended periods and use hands to handle tools equipment and objects
  • Frequently required to reach with arms speak clearly and actively listen in a fast-paced environment
  • Visual acuity required including close vision color differentiation and peripheral awareness
  • Ability to lift and move:
    • Up to 10 lbs regularly
    • Up to 20 lbs frequently
    • Up to 50 lbs occasionally (with assistance or equipment as needed)
  • Must be able to push pull bend twist stoop crouch kneel and maintain balance in various work environments including confined or crowded spaces
  • May be required to navigate stairs ramps and uneven surfaces
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently in a dynamic and guest-facing setting

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • May be exposed to secondhand tobacco smoke
  • Fast-paced high-energy atmosphere requiring excellent multitasking and communication skills
  • Frequent interaction with guests and team members in a dynamic customer service setting
  • May involve standing walking or moving for extended periods during shifts
  • Must be comfortable working in areas with varying noise levels lighting and temperature conditions
  • Flexibility required to work nights weekends holidays and overtime based on business needs
  • Compliance with uniform and grooming standards is required
