Must-Have Skills Snowflake Lead (Data Engineering)

* 12 years of Data Engineering / Analytics experience

* 8 years of hands-on Snowflake development and production support

* 4 years as a Technical Lead managing onshore/offshore teams

* 4 years in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain

* Strong experience with Snowflake (Advanced SQL Snowpipe Streams Tasks Performance Tuning Security/RBAC)

* Hands-on expertise in Talend ETL / Talend Open Studio

* Strong Python programming (including Snowpark preferred)

* Experience with Snowflake Cortex AI / AI-enabled analytics

* Strong AWS Cloud data platform experience

* Expertise in Data Engineering ELT/ETL pipelines CDC and Data Modeling

* Experience with CI/CD for Snowflake deployments

* Production support Root Cause Analysis and Month-End Closing activities

* Knowledge of Qlik Replicate and real-time/batch data ingestion

* AI/ML data engineering experience (feature engineering ML data pipelines fraud detection risk scoring)

* Strong SQL optimization query tuning and warehouse performance optimization

* Excellent stakeholder communication and customer-facing leadership skills
